Thank you for shopping with Maison Royal.
Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns after an order has been shipped.
If you receive the wrong item, a damaged item, or part of your order is missing, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order details and photos where applicable.
For damaged or incorrect items, please keep the original product and packaging until the issue is resolved, in case inspection or photo evidence is required by us or the courier.
All refund, replacement, or reshipment requests are reviewed case by case.
We do not accept returns or refunds for opened or used products, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, refused deliveries, or issues caused by customs, import restrictions, local laws, or local authorities.
Customers are responsible for checking whether the product can be imported into their country or region before placing an order.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible, or another method agreed between you and Maison Royal. Shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and import-related costs are generally non-refundable.
